1 Cup, sliced Onions
1 Clove Garlic
15 Oz Ground Beef
2 Tbsp Green Bell Pepper
3/4 Large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes
3 Tsp, ground Cumin
1/4 Lb Mushrooms
1 Tsp Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Paprika
Add sliced onions, diced garlic, and ground beef to pan on medium-high heat.
Halfway brown until onions become semi translucent.
Add all other ingredients and cook with lid on, occasionally stirring until done (beef will be cooked through and mushrooms will be tender).
It will create some juices as it cooks.
