14 Oz Tofu
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp, leaves Basil
1 1/2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1 Cloves, minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1 Large (7-1/4" to 8-/1/2" long) Carrots
Mix all ingredients except carrots in a food processor until smooth.
Slice carrots into sticks.
Scoop tofu mixture with carrots.
