4 Large Egg White
2 Large Egg
2 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Pepper
3 Tbsp Barbecue Sauce


Whisk eggs, add salt and pepper to taste.

Heat a pan with non-stick spray over medium heat.

Pour eggs onto pan and cook until most of the egg is turning solid.

Top layer can be a bit liquid.

fold it in half in pan and let sit for 30 more seconds to let inside get a bit more cooked through.

Add barbecue sauce to taste.
