Eggs and Oatmeal Healthy Recipe

2 Extra large Egg
4 Large Egg White
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Slice (3/4 oz) American Cheese
2 Cup dry Quaker Quick Oats
1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 Large (3-1/4" dia) Apples
2 Tbsp Maple Syrups


Heat a pan over medium and coat with oil.

Scramble eggs and pour into pan.

Cook about 3/4s of the way through, add cheese.

Cook until eggs have reached desired doneness.

Meanwhile, in a seperate pan add hot water to oatmeal (according to package directions) and cook until tender.

Mix in cinnamon, chopped apples, and maple syrup.

Serve with the eggs and enjoy!
