4 Extra large Egg
2 2/3 Cup Almond Flour
6 Tsp Monkfruit Sweetener With Erythritol
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
2 Tsp Cream Of Tartar
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
4 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Tsp Stevia Sweetene
Crack the eggs in a bowl and beat.
Mix all the dry ingredients in another bowl.
Add the vanilla extract, melted coconut oil, and 10-20 drops of stevia to the eggs.
Add the dry ingredients to the eggs bowl.
Mix until well combined.
Grease the pan with coconut oil and create 4-5 small pancakes for every serving.
Cook on low heat for 5 minutes until the top of the pancake begins to firm up.
Flip and cook the other side for about 1 minute.
Take off the heat and enjoy.
