1 Large Egg
3 Large Egg White
1/2 Cup sliced Mushrooms
1 Stalk Onions
1 Pita, small (4" dia) Pita Bread
1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 Cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Oz Turkey Bacon
Cook bacon in a sauté pan over medium heat to desired crispiness.
Chop and set aside.
Preheat grill to medium.
Whisk eggs and add diced vegetables.
Bend edges of the pita to create a bowl.
Brush both sides with olive oil and place on the grill, dome side down.
Cook for 30-60 seconds or until golden and then flip.
Pour egg mixture into the pita.
Cook for 1-2 minutes or until eggs are nearly cooked.
Add chopped bacon and cheese.
Cook until cheese is melted.
Serve and enjoy!
