2 Tbsp Oatmeal
3 Large Egg White
1 Scoop (30g) Whey Protein Powder
1 Tsp, whole Flaxseed
2 Tbsp Lowfat Milk
1/4 Cup Blueberries
Grind oatmeal into oat flour with a food processor.
Mix all ingredients together well, except fruit.
Warm blueberries in a small saucepan over low heat.
Mean, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and coat with non-stick coconut oil spray.
Cook several silver dollar pancakes on the skillet at once, a few minutes per side until evenly golden brown.
Move cooked pancakes to a plate.
Pour blueberries over top and serve.
