1 Scoop (30g) Whey Protein Powder
2 Tbsp Water
1 Extra large Egg
1 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
2/3 Cup chips (6 oz package) Semisweet Chocolate
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Coconut Oil
1 2/3 Tbsp Maple Syrups
Stir protein powder, water, egg, mashed banana, chocolate chips, and salt together in a bowl until batter is smooth.
Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Drop batter by large spoonfuls onto the griddle, and cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry (about 3 to 5 minutes).
Flip and cook until browned on the other side (another 3 to 5 minutes).
Repeat until you've used up all the batter, and top with maple syrup.
