2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
2 Medium Egg
1 Oz Organic Coconut Flour
1 Scoop (30g) Whey Protein Powder
1 Dash Salt
Mix all the ingredients (excluding coconut oil) together in a large bowl until there are no lumps.
Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Pour five-inch round pancakes of batter into the skillet.
Wait until the surface of the flatbread is beginning to bubble, then flip.
Cook for an additional two minutes and remove from heat.
