Ingredients

4 Cup Almond Flour
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Coconut Flour
1 Large Egg White
1/4 Cup Honey
7 Tsp Cocoa

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Add the almond meal, melted coconut oil, sea salt, coconut flour, egg white, honey, and cocoa power to a bowl and mix with a spoon until you have a dough.

Place the dough onto a piece of parchment paper.

Place a second piece of parchment paper over the top and roll it until it is ¼” thick.

With a wet knife, score it into 1” squares.

Place the parchment paper on a baking sheet when finished.

Bake for 8 to 12 minutes.

Remove and cool on the pan.

Top with your favorite mix-ins, eg, berries, bananas, etc.
