Ingredients

1 Extra large Egg
3 Egg white (separated from yolk) Egg White
1 1/2 Slices Fully Cooked Bacon
3 Tbsp, shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Mix 1 whole egg and 3 egg whites and place into hot pan.

In a separate pan cook bacon over medium heat until cooked to desired doneness.

Remove from pan and chop.

Once egg has formed into a "pancake" place bacon and cheese in the middle and fold egg over.

Serve and enjoy!
