1 Tsp Dry Taco Seasoning Mix
5 Tbsp Franks Redhot Buffalo Wing Sauce
2 Tsp Garlic Salt
4 Tbsp Ranch Dressing
1 Spray , about 1/3 second Pam Cooking Spray
1 Cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Meat Only
4 Tortilla Tortillas
1 Cup, shredded Colby Cheese
Mix salt, pepper, taco seasoning, hot sauce, garlic salt, and ranch together and put to the side.
Spray skillet with oil and set the heat to medium on the stove.
Let the skillet heat up.
While the skillet heats, chop your chicken into pieces about the size of your thumb and then get your ingredients gathered around the stove for ease of preparation.
Once the skillet is hot, lay down a tortilla.
Spread sauce over the tortilla until just covered.
Sprinkle cheese on, place a few pieces of chicken on the cheese, and layer more cheese on.
Fold the tortilla in half over the filling.
When cheese starts to melt, flip with a spatula to the other side.
Cook until golden brown on both sides.
