2 Cup Chickpeas
1 Stalks, large (11 inches long) Celery
2 Medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions
1/4 Cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 1/2 Tsp Dill Weed
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1 Tsp, ground Cumin
1 Tsp Turmeric
8 Slice Whole-Wheat Bread
Prep ingredients; make sure celery and onions are chopped.
Drain and rinse chickpeas.
Pour chickpeas into a medium size mixing bowl and mash with a fork.
Mix in celery, onion, Greek yogurt (to taste), lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper to taste.
Spread between slices of bread and enjoy!
