1/2 Cup Kidney Beans
1/2 Cup Canned Black Beans
1/4 Cup Corn
1/2 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
1/2 Small Red Bell Pepper
1 Cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1/2 Lemon yields Lemon Juice
Rinse everything that is canned.
Chop ingredients and toss eveyrthing together well.
Season to taste with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Chill until ready to serve.
