2 Oz Ground Chicken
1/2 Tbsp Dry Taco Seasoning Mix
1/4 Cup Brown Rice
1/2 Cup Canned Black Beans
1 Cup Salsa
2 Cup shredded Lettuce
1/4 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
Brown chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add taco seasoning to coat.
Reduce skillet to medium-low.
Add rice, beans, and salsa to the cooked chicken.
Mix thoroughly.
