1 Large Egg
3/4 Cup Egg White
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
2 Tsp Olive Oil
1/4 Fruit Avocados
1/4 Cup, chopped or diced Tomatillos
Combine egg and egg whites in bowl.
Season with salt and pepper and whisk.
Heat skillet on medium-low heat.
Once hot add oil.
Add egg mixture, cook, stir occasionally for 3 to 4 minutes or until eggs are set
Top eggs with avocado and tomatillos.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
