1 Medium (3" dia) Apples
1 Tsp brownulated Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup (not packed) Raisins
1 Tsp Lemon Zest
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Nutmeg
1 Shell Puff Pastry
1 Tbsp Maple Syrups
Combine apples, brown sugar, raisins, lemon zest, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a pot on a medium heat and stir for 5 minutes or until apples are softened.
Cut the puff pastry to squares a size that will fit confortably in a toaster oven.
place filling in the middle of the squares.
Drizzle with maple syrup and fold over to create a triangle.
Use a fork to press down and seal the edges.
Trim with a knife for clean edges.
Place in the toaster oven and bake until golden brown.
