1 Cup Quinoa
2 Cup Reduced Fat Milk
3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
0 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Cup Blueberries
Bring quinoa and water to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, simmer, and cook for 15-20 minutes until tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
Measure 1 cup of cooked quinoa; add 3 tbsp of milk and 1 tbsp of brown sugar; heat for 90 seconds in microwave and serve.
