2 Tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
1 Serving Unsweetened Almond Milk
4 Tbsp Maple Syrups
1 Medium (3" dia) Apples
3 Tsp Cinnamon
0 Tsp Ginger
1/4 Tsp, ground Cardamom
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup, slivered Almonds
In a small bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, and 3 teaspoons of the maple syrup.
Stir well, then divide into 2 small bowls or glass mason jars.
Cover the jars or bowls and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, chop the apple into small chunks and combine with the cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and vanilla extract in a small bowl.
Taste the apples and adjust the spices if needed.
Divide the spiced apples between the bowls and top with the slivered almonds.
Drizzle with the remaining teaspoon maple syrup and serve
