1/2 Cup Oatmeal
1/2 Cup, (not packed) Cottage Cheese
1 Extra large Egg
2 Tbsp Maple Syrups
1 Tbsp Butter
Mix oatmeal, cottage cheese, and egg in a mixing bowl.
Cook in a non-stick skillet as you would a regular pancake (golden brown on each side).
Top with maple syrup and butter.
