1 Cup Wheat Flour
1/4 Cup packed Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1/3 Cup (not packed) Raisins
2 Extra large Egg
1 Cup Whole Milk


Preheat oven to 415 degrees F.

Sift the flour into a large bowl, then combine the brown sugar, baking powder, salt, melted butter, rolled oats, and raisins

Beat the egg in a separate bowl then add milk and stir.

Add wet mixture to the d ry ingredients; do not over mix.

Spray a muffin pan with non stick spray and evenly pour the mixture.

Bake for 15-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
