1 Medium bagel (3-1/2" to 4" dia) Bagels
2 Extra large Egg
1 Oz Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup pieces Turkey Bacon


Place bagel in toaster/toaster oven/oven.

Microwave turkey bacon, about 2 minutes, until crisp.

Meanwhile, heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and coat with non-stick spray.

Add beaten eggs to the pan and swirl to coat the bottom.

Allow eggs to cook over medium/medium-low heat until completely set.

Sprinkle the cheese over the eggs, then fold eggs (if needed) to fit the bagel.

Place eggs on bagel half and top with bacon.

Bring halves together.
