1 Cup Water
1/2 Head medium (5-6" dia.) Cauliflower
1 Tsp Olive Oil
4 Large Egg
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
Wash and cut cauliflower into small florets.
Bring a pot of water to boil.
Pour boiling water over the florets, season and cook on high heat until the water evaporates.
Drizzle cauliflower with olive oil.
Break the eggs in, season with pepper and fry until the eggs are cooked through.
Mix and serve.
