Ingredients

2 Tbsp chopped Onions
1 Stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
3 Large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, Green Bell Pepper
1 Lb Ground Beef
1 Cloves, minced Garlic
1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce
0 Grams Sucralose
1 1/2 Tsp Vinegar
1 1/2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Tsp or 1 packet Mustard
1/2 Tsp Salt
0 Tsp, ground Pepper
8 Oz Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Chop the onions and the celery stalk.

Cut the peppers in half lengthwise.

Brown the ground beef with the onion, celery, and garlic; drain the fat.

Stir in all of the remaining ingredients except the cheese and green peppers.

Simmer 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, parboil the peppers in a little boiling water, about 3 minutes; drain.

Place the peppers in a baking dish.

Stir half of the cheese into the hamburger mixture; fill the peppers with the meat.

Top with the remaining cheese.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until hot and bubbly and the peppers are tender.
