Ingredients

1 Slice oval Sliced Ham
1 Extra large Egg
1/4 Fruit Avocados
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1 Oz Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degree F.

Place the deli ham circle into a muffin tin, fill the bottom with avocado slices and top with an egg.

Season with salt and pepper then put into the oven for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle the tops of each muffin with a little cheese and then put back in the oven for the last 5-minutes.
