4 Egg Organic, Cage-Free, Omega-3 Grade A Large Brown Eggs
1 Oz Greek 100 Yogurt
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp or 1 packet Mustard
1 Tsp Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1/4 Tsp Chili Powder
1/4 Pinch Cayenne Pepper
0 Tsp Paprika
Place eggs in a pan and cover with water.
Bring to a boil, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes.
Drain, peel, and half eggs.
Remove yolks, add to a small mixing bowl and mash with a fork.
Combine in a separate bowl the remaining ingredients, except paprika.
Add yogurt mixture to yolks and stir to combine.
Evenly divide mixture inside the egg whites.
Sprinkle with paprika and refrigerate until ready to eat.
