4 Cup Oatmeal
1/4 Cup Peanuts
1 0 Oz Cashew Nuts
1 Oz (19 halves per) Pecans
2 Tbsp, ground Flaxseed
3/4 Oz Chia Seeds
6 Scoop (30g) Whey Protein Powder
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
1/4 Cup Almond Butter
1/4 Cup Honey
2 Tbsp Cinnamon
Preheat oven 350 degrees F.
Prepare baking pan with cooking spray.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until fully incorporated.
Pour into baking pan and spread evenly pressing down firmly
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until edges turn golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool in pan for 20 minutes before cutting bars.
