8 Steak Sirloin Steak
1 Tsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Curry Powder
1/2 Tsp Pepper


In a small bowl, combine spices.

Place steak on a cutting board and pat dry with paper towels.

Rub spice mix all over steak and let it rest for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Heat grill to 350 and oil grates.

Cook steak on one side for 2 to 3 minutes.

Flip steak over and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.

Move steak to indirect heat and continue to cook until desired doneness.
