15 Oz Chickpeas
1/2 Cup chopped Celery
2 Tbsp chopped Onions
1/4 Cup, chopped or diced Pickles
1 Tbsp Dill
1 Cloves, minced Garlic
1/2 Tsp or 1 packet Mustard
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Sunflower Seed Kernels
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
2 Tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) Tortillas
Chop onion, pickles, garlic, celery and dill.
Preheat oven to 325F and toast the sunflower seeds for about 10 minutes.
Mix everything into a bowl, mashing up the chickpeas slightly with a fork, and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Stuff into wraps and enjoy!
