1 Lb Mushrooms
4 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp Butter
3 Cloves, minced Garlic
1 Tsp, ground Oregano
1 Tsp, ground Basil
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Tbsp Parsley
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and place a rack in the middle.
Lightly grease a baking sheet and set aside.
In a large bowl whisk balsamic vinegar, melted butter, crushed garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
Stir in mushrooms and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
Spread mushrooms onto the prepared baking sheet.
Place in the oven and roast for about 15 to 20 minutes, until tender.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
