1/2 Fruit Avocados
1 Italian tomato Tomatoes
1 Stalk Onions
1/3 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1 Tbsp Salsa
1 Tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) Tortillas
Smash avocado and spread out on one half of the tortilla.
Sprinkle with nutritional yeast and any seasonings.
Add chopped tomato, green onions, and salsa.
Fold over the top half of the tortilla, and place on a skillet over medium heat.
Heat for a couple of minutes on each side until warmed through.
