1 2/3 Oz Tuna
1 Medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions
1/2 Pepper Jalapeno Peppers
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1/2 Fruit (2" dia) Limes
1/2 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
1/4 Sheets Seaweed
2 Leaf, large Lettuce
Open a can of tuna and empty into a medium-sized bowl; gently break up the meat with a fork.
Chop the scallions and jalapeño and add to the tuna.
Mix in salt, pepper, and a spritz of lime.
In a separate bowl, mash half an avocado with the rest of the lime juice.
Add to the tuna and stir to combine.
Grab two sheets of nori and place a piece of lettuce on each.
Divide the tuna salad onto the lettuce, wrap it up, and enjoy!
