3 Medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes
1/2 Pepper Jalapeno Peppers
2 Tbsp chopped Onions
3 Clove Garlic
1 Cup Fresh Cilantro
8 Leaf outer Lettuce
2 Fruit Avocados
2 Tsp Lime Juice


Mince garlic, dice tomatoes and jalapeno, chop cilantro.

In a medium sized bowl, mash the avocados.

Stir in all the ingredients other than the lettuce.

Spread 2 to 3 tablespoons of this mixture onto lettuce leaves and wrap.
