1 Medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2 dia.) Red Bell Pepper
3 Stalks, large (11 inches long) Celery
1/2 Large Onions
5 Tsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

Prepare pasta according to directions.

Dice all vegetables.
