2 Cup, shredded Cabbage
1 Cup strips or slices Carrots
1 Medium (3" dia) Apples
1/2 Cup, chopped Scallions
3/4 Cup, sliced Almonds
2 1/4 Cup Cranberries
1 1/3 Oz Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
2 Tbsp Honey
Chop carrots, apples, and cabbage into thin strips or slices.
Roughly chop almonds.
Combine with all other ingredients and mix well.
