2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
3 Cloves, minced Garlic
1 Cup, chopped Onions
1 Lb Ground Turkey
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
1 Medium Egg
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1/2 Tsp Pepper


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Prepare a standard loaf pan.

Melt coconut oil in a sauté pan over medium heat.
