2 Cup Spinach
1/2 Cup Water
1 Medium (3" dia) Apples
1/2 Cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
2 Cube Ice Cubes
1 Tbsp Ginger Root
Cored and chop apple.
Diced the ginger.
Blend spinach with water and ice.
With blender on low, incorporate the apple, yogurt, and ginger.
Increase speed to high and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
Enjoy cold.
