1 Tsp Olive Oil
1/3 Cup, (not packed) Cottage Cheese
2 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise
1/2 Lemon yields Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp Dill Weed
2 Tbsp Parsley
1/3 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
2 Slice Whole-Wheat Bread
1/4 Small Onions
Finely chop the parseley, celery, and onion.
Mix all of the ingredients.
Serve on two pieces of bread or toast.
