8 Cup Water
3 Stalk Onions
2 Large (7-1/4" to 8-/1/2" long) Carrots
2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
1 Tbsp Chili Sauce
2 Cloves, minced Garlic
2 Tbsp Ginger Root
2 Leaf, whole Basil
4 Package Ramen Noodle Soup
8 Oz Shrimp
2 Cup Spinach
1 1/2 Cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 Fruit (2" dia) Limes
Bring water to a boil in a soup pot.
Add green onions, carrots, fish sauce, chili sauce, garlic, ginger, and basil to pot.
Add 2 ramen noodle seasoning packets.
Boil 5 minutes.
Add shrimp, spinach, mushrooms, and ramen noodles.
Cook 5 more minutes.
Add lime juice and zest.
Stir well and serve.
