1 1/2 Tsp Salt
1 3/4 Cup Wheat Flour
1 1/2 Cup Reduced Fat Milk
1 Large Egg
1/2 Tsp Suga
Lightly beat the egg.
In a medium bowl, whisk together egg, milk, salt and sugar.
Gradually add flour, mixing until smooth.
Drop flour mixture by tablespoonfuls into boiling soup or stew.
When they float to the surface, they are done.
