Skinny Egg Salad Healthy Recipe

6 Large Egg, Hard-Boiled
1 1/3 Oz Nonfat Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise
1 Tsp Lemon Zest
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Cup chopped Celery
1 Tbsp Parsley
1 Tsp Dill
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper


Put eggs in a pot and cover with water.

Bring to a boil, cover, remove from heat and let sit 10 minutes.

Drain, rinse, and shell eggs.

Mash eggs in a bowl.

Combine with all other ingredients in a medium-large bowl.

Serve as desired and enjoy!
