1/2 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
1/2 Medium (approx 4" dia) Grapefruit
1 Fruit Clementines
1 Tsp Lime Juice
1/2 Tsp Honey
0 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Spearmint


In a small bowl, stir together honey, salt, and lime juice.

Peel avocado, grapefruit into segments, and clementine slices and toss in lime mixture.

Serve with mint leaves on top.
