6 Link Sausage
6 Large Egg
12 Tbsp Lowfat Milk
12 Tbsp, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Place sausage in a large, deep skillet.
Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.
Drain and chop into bite-size pieces; set aside.
While sausage is cooking, beat eggs and milk together.
Pour eggs into skillet used for cooking sausage.
Add cheese, stir, and cook until eggs are set.
Stir in sausage and serve warm.
