1/2 Cup, sliced Banana
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
1/4 Cup Egg White
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Coconut Oil
Mash the banana in a bowl and add the oats, egg whites and cinnamon.
Put a pan on the stove and heat it up.
When warm, put the coconut oil in the pan.
When the coconut oil is melted, pour the batter into 3 pancakes.
Cook until golden brown on both sides.
