1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Cup, whole Mushrooms
2 Large Egg
1 Medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 Dash Salt
Put oil in a pan on high heat then chop mushrooms; place in pan; stir occasionally, until tender, 5-10 minutes.
While mushrooms cook chop onion and break eggs in a small bowl.
Whisk onions and eggs together.
Once mushrooms are done pour in eggs and stir until they are cooked, about 5 minutes.
Season with salt, to taste.
