1 Cup Pumpkin
1 Cup Oatmeal
6 Scoop (30g) Whey Protein Powder
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Extra large Egg
6 Tbsp Egg White
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a bowl, combine the pumpkin purée, oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and baking powder together.
Add the egg, egg whites, and vanilla to the dry ingredient mixture and combine until well-blended.
Spray a square baking pan with cooking oil.
Pour the mixture in the baking pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.
