1/3 Cup grated Carrots
2 Tbsp Peanut Oil
1/4 Cup, chopped Onions
1 Large Egg
1/4 Cup, chopped Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
2 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro
1 Clove Garlic
1 Can Canned Black Beans
Drain Black beans and rinse with water.
Take half of beans and pulse in food processor until a paste is formed place in a bowl.
Add other half of beans and remaining ingredients to bowl.
Form into 5 burgers and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
When burgers are set add peanut oil to medium/high heat pan.
Sear burgers until golden brown on both sides and finish in a 400 degree oven for 5 minutes.
