Ingredients

1/4 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Pomegranate Juice
1 Medium (3" dia) Apples
1/4 Oz Cashew Nuts
1/4 Nuts Hazelnuts Or Filberts
1/2 Cup Grapes
1/2 Cup, halves Strawberries
1 Cup Currants, Zante
1 Tbsp, ground Flaxseed

Directions

Soak oats in pomegranate juice for 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator.

Oats will absorb the liquid.

Peel and grate apple.

Finely chop nuts.

Halve grapes and strawberries.

Use seedless raisins if currants are unavailable.

In the morning, combine oats with remaining ingredients.

Sprinkle with fresh pomegranate seeds if available.
