1/4 Cup Raspberries
1/4 Cup Rolled Oats
1/3 Cup Nonfat Milk
1/4 Cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1/2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp Strawberry Jam
Cut raspberries in halves or thirds.
In a half pint (1 cup) mason jar or other resealable container add the oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla, and raspberry jam.
Put lid on jar and shake until well combined.
Remove lid, add raspberries and stir until mixed throughout.
Return lid to jar and refrigerate overnight or as long as 2-3 days.
