1 Tsp Olive Oil
1 Cup Spinach
2 Extra large Egg
1 Dash Salt
2 Dash Pepper
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add spinach and sauté for 3- 4 minutes, or until just wilted.
Add scrambled eggs, salt and pepper and mix.
Cook to desired firmness.
Serve hot and enjoy!
